- 1 tin chick peas (drain water)
- 2 Tbsp semolina
- 2 Tbsp rice flour
- 1 cup sprouted green grams
- 2 Tbsp corn flour
- Salt as per your taste
- Ginger-chili paste
- 1/2 cup coriander leaves
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
For Beetroot Hummus :
- 1/2 (1 tin) chick peas
- 1/2 grated beetroot
- Ginger,chili,salt and pepper
- 2 Tbsp tahini Lemon
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- Blend all ingredients for falafel into mixed and smooth.
- Make medium size waffle with waffle maker,then make cone shape.
- And then make some falafael to mini round shape,and fry it to brown colours.
- Make your salad as you like ingredients,blend it for the hummus.
- Serve it to the shape you like,Verity of Falafels With Beetroot Hummus ready to eat.
