Breakfast with our family is my favourite.I think to cook for my family,and this is my dish.You can try it at home.

- 5 Mushrooms Large button take the stork out the middle
- 1 Pinch Garlic Granuals
- 6 Tsp Soft Cheese
- 2 basil leaves chopped
- 3 little plum tomatoes diced tiny pieces
- 1/4 tsp Balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp sweet peppers chopped(I used jalapenos instead)
- 1 little bunch fresh parsley
- First,chopped the basil than mix with cheese,little blackpepper and balsamic vinegar mix together.Add garlic and basil on the mushrooms,and balsamic vinegar for the last.
- Stir the mushrooms on non stick pan until brown colour on the top of the mushrooms,turn them in upright position and than turn down to simmer.
- Add the soft cheese mix with tablespoon,little tomatoes and sweet peppers or you can add other ingredients.
- Add little black pepper on top dish of each,close for 3 minutes.Sprinkle the balsamic vinegar to the serving dish,add some grilled Haloumi for additional ingredients.
- Tomato+Basil Bruschetta Stuffed Mushrooms ready to eat!
