Tomato and Herb Pasta Sauce

So yummy :)

Ingredients :

  • A few large handfuls of cherry tomatoes per person
  • Half a bulb of garlic, crushed with rock salt
  • 1 handful Basil, leaves torn or left whole
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • Several sprigs of Oregano
  • Olive Oil
  • Black pepper and salt
  • Parmesan
  • 75 g pasta per person, cook to al dente in boiling water while you cook the sauce
  • Chard or Spinach leaves, roughly sliced (optional)

Steps :

  1. Add oil on a pan,set to medium heat.Stir tomatoes and rosemary reduce heat,cook until it soften.
  2. After then add garlic,stir until smell good.Set to low heat,stir slowly at least 5 mins.
  3. Stir and smash the tomatoes,set to low heat.And then bring the remaining herbs.
  4. Add spinach or chard leaves,stir until to wilt and turn off the heat.
  5. Stir the pasta and the sauce,transfer to serving platter.Add olive oil on the top and sprinkle the Parmesan,serve when it hot.
