- Sushi rice
- 1 sheet seaweed
- 4 small slices of Cucumber
- Some Sesame seeds
- 1 Splash soy sauce
- Chilli powder
- Crushed seaweed (optional)
- Boil sushi rice on the pan,drain well.
- Prepare the seaweed then lay,add sushi rice on the middle.
- Bring chilli powder,soy sauce and cucumber on the top of sushi rice.And then roll it.
- You can shape it as you like,for example square shape or triangle.
- Cut it into small pieces or long shape.
