Simple Acorn Squash With Butter and Sugar

Before we start to cook this recipe,divide all the acorn.Use a sharp knife to get perfect cutting,divide on the stand up positions of acorn.If you have microwave,you can use it to make the acorn squash soften.So you can cut more easy and get perfect result.

Ingredients :

Steps :

  1. Preheat the oven and set to 205°C.
  2. Remove the seeds from acorn until clean and smooth,you can use a spoon.
  3. Prepare a roasting pan,bring the acorn squash(step 2),add some water approximate 1/4 from roasting pan,so that the acorn doesn`t get burn.
  4. Add 1/4 tbsp butter,brown sugar,maple syrup and bring some salt to inside the acorn squash.Don`t too much bring that.
  5. Transfer to the oven,bake for 15 minutes until browned and melt(step 4),don`t too undercook but better is overcook.
  6. Take the acorn from oven,let it cool for a minutes.Clean some brown sugar when not already melted with spoon.And serve it.
