350 g strong white flour
50 ml olive oil
1-2 large tbsp sour cream or cream freiche
20 g fresh yeast or 10g dried yeast
1 tsp salt
100 ml tepid milk
2 tsp sugar
Put warm milk,sugar and yeast on the bowl and whisk together into mixed up.Leave to cool.
Mix together olive oil,salt,flour and cream freiche or sour cream and than add yeast milk,you can use your hands to knead the batter.Do it for 10 minutes until the batter is sticky.
Let it rise in the large bowl,put in a warm place for 50 minutes or until its at least double a size from original size.
Cut the batter into two parts,roll the batter one by one to rectangular shape more or less than 0.5 inch.Spread the flat batter with melted butter gradually.Spread the pesto and sprinkle grated cheese evenly over it.
Roll them up from the longer side and you can cut it to the shape you like.Put it in the oven,keep distance from each other so as not to stick.
Wash the top of egg and rest for 20 minutes before baking them.And than put on the oven set to 200°C,set to bottom and top.
