Parfait

• 400 gr double cream
• 100 gr soft cheese
• 5-6 tbsp ice sugar
• Some biscuits
• Dark chocolate
• Some berries (I used strawberries)

Steps :

1. Crush the dark chocolate and some biscuits,add some frozen strawberries.Stir it up until mixed,you can use whisk or mixer to mix them.
2. Meanwhile the double cream and soft cheese mix slowly,and the last add ice sugar mix again.
3. After then mix number one and two mix well with whisk.Transfer to tray and bring on the freezer 3-4 hours.
