Matcha Cheesecake Dessert

Popular dessert from Japan,This taste is great and fresh! :)

Ingredients :

Matcha Cheesecake :

• 250 g Cream Cheese *softened
• 1/3 cup Sugar
• 3 Eggs *room temperature
• 1 cup Cream
• 1/2 cup Milk
• 1 tablespoon Brandy OR Rum
• 2 tablespoons Plain Flour
• 2 tablespoons Matcha Powder *sifted

Toppings :

• 100 ml Cream *whipped with 1 to 2 teaspoons Caster Sugar
• Roasted Walnuts *coarsely chopped
• Muscovado Syrup *see ‘Method 5’ below

Steps :

1. Set the oven to 160°C.
2. Puree the cheesecake until it smooth with blender,mixer or whisk.Transfer it to the serving cups,bring to roasting pan.Give boiling water to the pan for about 1 cm deep.
3. Bake it for 40 minutes,after then let it cool in the wind.
4. Meanwhile add 2 tbsp muscovado syrup and 1 tbsp hot water in the bowl,bring to the microwave to boil it.Because the muscovado syrup will thicken when it cool.
5. Serve the cheesecake dessert,add muscovado syrup,roasted walnuts and whipped for garnish.And then ready to eat.
