Easy Chicken Pot Pie Recipe

Steps :

  1. First,preheat the oven and set to 220°C.
  2. Prepare a pot,add chicken,peas,celery and carrots.Bring some water to cover and boil it for 15 minutes,then raise pot from heat and drain the water.Set aside.
  3. Add butter on the frying pan then add onion,stir until soft and smooth in medium heat.Bring flour,celery seed,salt and pepper stir again until combined.Add milk and chicken broth,stir in medium to low heat until thicken.Then take out from heat.
  4. Bring the chicken mixture(step 2) on unbaked pie crusts for cover,then add the mixture(step 3) on the top.
  5. Cover the top with pie crust,and cover with foil.Punch some the dough on top,then bake to oven for 30-35 minutes until golden brown colour.Then remove from oven,let it cool for 10 minutes and enjoy it.
