Ingredients :

• 1 pack French Fries (or 10 potatoes)

• colza oil

• 30 g starch

• 90 g butter

• 60 g flour

• 2 garlic cloves

• 550 ml beef stock

• 300 ml chicken stock

• Pepper

• 300 g cheddar

• 1-2 chicken breasts

• 2 chorizos

Steps :

1. First,mix the starch with 30ml water for making sauce.
2. Prepare a pan,melted the butter then add flour mix until combined and smooth.Add the chopped garlic,mix again.
3. Mix the batter with the starch(step 1),add the chicken stock and beef.Simmer for a minutes until it thicken,then seasoning with pepper and salt enough.
4. Wash the potatoes and cut into stick shape,you can cut thin or thick as you like.Prepare a frying pan,add oil on the pan and fry until golden colour.Remove the potatoes from frying pan and drain the oil from potatoes on a paper towel.If you ready instant potatoes,fry all(1 packages) on the frying pan.
5. Slice the chicken breast and chorizo into small size pieces.Prepare a frying pan,bring some oil or butter then fry the chicken breast and chorizo until golden brown.
6. Serve the fries first on the large platter,spread with the mixture(step 3) on the top then bring the cutted cheddar cheese(small cubed shape),chicken breast and chorizo.Enjoy it.
