Dauphinoise Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients :

Steps :

  1. Preheat oven set to 190°C.
  2. Prepare a large saucepan,add the milk,garlic cloves and double cream mix then boil simmer.
  3. Cut the large potatoes for 3-4mm thin,bring to number two.Cook for 3 minutes with a simmer until cooked.
  4. Stir carefully the potatoes and stir until the bottom of pan,then transfer the batter to baking tray with 5cm depth.
  5. Sprinkle the garlic infused cream to the top dish until look layers,add the grated gruyere cheese(optional) on the top batter.Transfer to preheat oven for 30 minutes until golden brown and the potatoe is soft.And serve it.
