Crispy Chicken Thighs With Garlic

This dish for 4 persons,suitable for your lovely big family.Simple and easy to cook,enjoy it :)

Ingredients :

• 700 g or 1.2 lb skinless boneless chicken thighs
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 cup / 125 ml dry white wine
• Salt and pepper
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 25 g / 2 tbsp unsalted butter
• Chopped parsley
• 2 large garlic cloves

Steps :

1. Seasoning the chicken thighs with salt,pepper and garlic powder on the both sides.
2. Prepare a frying pan set to medium heat,add the olive oil and bring the chicken thighs.Fried until golden brown on the both sides and crispy,estimate for 5 minutes.Then remove from a pan,let it cool.
3. Add the butter in a frying pan,set on medium heat.Bring the garlic,stir for 2 minutes until smell good then add the chicken thighs.Mix it until combined,add the wine on the chicken thighs.Stir slowly for 1,5 minutes or the alcohol is evaporated.
4. Transfer to serving platter,garnish with tomatoes or parsley and sauce.Then ready to eat.
5. You can eat this with rice or french fries with your family.Enjoy it :)
