Chicken Gizzards Stew

• 500 g gizzards
• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
• 1/2 onion chopped
• 2 cloves garlic minced
• 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
• to taste salt and pepper
• 1 stock cube optional

Steps :

1. Add 1 cup water in the pot,then bring the gizzards.Cook until it soft and the water is evaporated.
2. After then transfer the gizzards on a pan,bring vegetable oil.Cook for 5 minutes until browned colour,then add curry powder and the paprika.Stir until mixed up.
3. Add the onion on a pan,stir until smell is aromatic and browned colour.Bring the chopped tomatoes,cook for 3 minutes.Then add 1/2 cup of water and seasonings,reduce heat and cook until the water is thick.
4. Transfer to serving platter,serve when it hot.
