Zucchini Slice For Dinner

Simple dish for urgent hungry :D
Ingredients :
- 5 eggs
- 150g self raising flour
- 375g zucchini
- 1 large onion
- 200g rindless bacon
- 60ml vegetables oil
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
Steps :
- Preheat oven set to 170°C.
- Prepare a large bowl,add the eggs whisking until combined,then add raising flour mix again until smooth.Bring zucchini,cheese,bacon,onion and oil.Mix with whisk or mixer until combined.
- Coating the baking tray with butter or oil.Use baking tray 20x30cm size,then transfer the number two to baking tray.Bake for 30minutes or cooked,left from oven and cut square shape.Serve with sauce or mayonnaise,then ready to eat :)
