400 g tagliatelle
300 g chanterelle mushrooms
Few strands of Saffron
to taste Salt
Glass white wine
Parmesan to serve
Heat the water in pot and give salt.Wash the mushrooms and cut into small pieces.
Stir fry the onion in olive oil.Bring the saffron on the pasta water.Wait until the onion is soft,add the mushrooms to the pan and mix them until the heat.
Add wine as you like tothe mushrooms and let it a minute until evaporate.Add the pasta gradually so as not to break.And than cook slowly.
Add cooking water slowly to the mushrooms and add the chopped parsley in the last minutes.Drain pasta as you like and than add the sauce.Mix and serve with parmesan,you can add other ingredients to combine.
