Peppered Roast Beef with Peppercorn Sauce

Hello meat lovers!Its a new menu with love flavour and crunchy bits of pappercorn sauce.Modified from gravy on the roast potatoes,really good taste must try it!

Steps

  1. Joint of meat is not tied with a mesh sort of cover to hold it together in a round shape.Use kitchen string and bond it.
  2. Add the heaped meat mixed with pepper on a board mix and spread them out.Using olive oil to rub all around and each end of the beef.
  3. Next,roll the joint beef with cracked peppercorn as the stick to the beef meat.
  4. Add the beef meat to the a oven dish and cover with aluminium foil.Set to a preheated oven 180°C for 40 minutes.After then,take off aluminium foil and add it back on 160°C for 10 minutes.
  5. When the beef is cooked,take out slave standing to cool before take off the string and then slice the meat.
  6. To make peppercorn sauce,add the butter to saucepan and melt it in low.Next,add the flour little at a time until it likes a paste.Stir and cook for 1 minute.Pour the milk and stir slowly.
  7. Next,add the blackpeppercorns use less or suitable for your taste.Bring to boil then simmer and stir it.After that add the lemon and juice or Brandy.
  8. Simmer for 5 minutes and a drop of cream when its cooled,you can freeze it if you want make more.Once the beef is on serving plate you can pour over as can as you like.
  9. Noted : You can cook the beef level of maturity,as like rare,medium rare,medium,medium well and well done
