Homemade Garlic Fingers With Donair Sauce

Lobster stock :
2 Boston lobsters
1 tsp Salt
Half Onion, coarsely chopped
3 sprigs Parsley
2 cloves Garlic
For the Pasta :
125 ml Heavy cream
20 Cherry tomatos
1/4 tsp Paprika
25 g Unsalted butter
1/4 Lemon juice
250 g Spaghetti
2 sprigs Parsley, chopped for garnish
Boil the lobsters,add salt 1 tsp in the water with lobsters.Cook with oven to perfect result,cook until undercooked for 8 mins.After that transfer the lobsters to a plate,let it cool.
Then remove the meat of lobsters and set aside.Boil the shell lobsters to the pot,add onion,garlic and parsley cook for 45 mins.Add any foam to the top stock,bring back to the pot again.
Stir the stock and heavy cream,reduce heat then add sauce,cook for 5 mins.Add paprika and cherry tomatoes,then mix.Add the flour if you want to thicker sauce.
Melt butter on low heat at a pan,mix the lobsters with salt and pepper and than put to pan.Move it to a serving platter.
After then cook the pasta for 4 mins until it cooked.Mix the pasta and the sauce,with medium heat until high heat.Mix well the sauce and the pasta,move it to the lobsters on the serving platter.Bring chopped parsley on the top,serving when it hot.
