Ground Turkey and Rice Bowl Korean Style

Ingredients :

• 1 pound ground turkey
• 2 cups uncooked rice (white or brown)
• 4 cloves garlic, grated or minced
• 1/4 cup honey
• 1/4 cup soy sauce
• 2 teaspoons sesame oil
• 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
• 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
• 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
• green onion & sesame seeds for garnish

Steps :

1. Prepare a frying pan,bring some oil.Add the ground turkey,stir for 8-10 minutes until brown colour.
2. To make the sauce : Mix on a bowl the garlic,soy sauce,sesame oil,ginger,honey,red pepper flakes and black pepper until combined.
3. Mix the sauce and ground turkey on a frying pan,stir for 3-4minutes until the sauce is thicken with the ground turkey.
4. Serve with rice on a bowl,bring the ground turkey on the top.You can garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
