Garlic Lemon Chicken Salad Sun-dried Tomatoes and Balsamic Vinegar Blaze

• 1 Chicken Breast
• 1 Lemon(juice+zest)
• 1 Romain Lettuce
• 2 Large Red Onions
• 2 Plum Tomatoes
• 1 Tbsp Cajun Seasoning
• 1/2 Tbsp Smoked Paprika
• 2 Cloves Garlic
• 15 g Sun Dried Tomatoes
• 1/2 Tbsp Dried Mixed Herb

Steps :

1. Seasoning the chicken with Cajun,mixed herb and smoked paprika.
2. Stir fry chopped garlic,onion and tomatoes,add lemon juice zest.Mix it for 3minutes,then add the chicken.Mix until the chicken colour is brown.
3. Slice the lettuce,add the onion then seasoning with pepper and salt.
4. Serve the number one first,then add the number two.Dress it as you like.
