Fish Taco Recipe

• 2 Tbsp Screaming chimp Mango and Papaya chilli sauce
• 150 g Monk fish
• 1/2 red onion thinly sliced
• 1/2 corn on the cob
• 4 cherry tomatoes
• 1 tbsp cider vinegar
• bunch coriander
• Bunch or lambs lettuce
• 1/2 avocado thinly sliced
• 1 lime
• 4 small Taco's
• nob of butter
• splash veg oil

Steps :

1. Slice the fish in the cutting board,then add the chilli sauce.Mix it.
2. Grill the corn with charcoal,cook until browned.Don`t burn too much.
3. Transfer the corn to a bowl,add sliced onion and tomatoes.Bring 1 tbsp chilli sauce and cider vinegar,mix it.
4. Add oil and butter on a pan,set to medium heat then add the fish.Cook for 1 minutes,don`t too overcook.
5. Warm the taco on a pan,add the avocado,lettuce and last the fish on the top.Sprinkle with some chopped coriander and squeeze of lime.
6. Serve and ready to eat :)
