Ingredients :

Steps :

  1. Preheat oven set to 230°C.
  2. Prepare 4-hole yorkshire pudding tins or seem like that,prepare for 2 pcs.Coat with sunflower oil then bring to the oven for heat through.
  3. Prepare a bowl,add the plain flour and beaten eggs mix until smooth.Then bring milk,pour it slowly mix again until combined.Seasoning with pepper and salt just enough.
  4. Bring the batter to the jug,remove number two from the oven then pour the batter carefully.
  5. After then bring back the tins to oven,bake for 20-25 minutes until the dough brown colour and puffed up.
  6. Take the puddings from tins and serve when it hot,you can add ice cream or jam on the top puddings.
  7. This puddings can you eat until 1 month but keep on the freeze.
