Steps :

  1. Preheat the oven set to 170°C.
  2. Prepare 2 large baking trays bring nonstick baking paper.
  3. Prepare a bowl,add the bicarbonat of soda,ginger,sifted flour and sugar.Mix until combined.
  4. Then add the golden syrup and melted butter,stir until combined and smooth dough.
  5. Shape dough like a ball(this recipe can be 8 pieces ginger biscuits) then flatten the dough.
  6. Bring to baking trays,bake for 12-14 minutes until golden brown and crispy on the top.After then take out baking trays from oven,let it cool for 10minutes and transfer the biscuits to a jar.This biscuits can be eat until 1 weeks on the room temperature.
