Apple Crumble Best Recipe

This dish contain :

• 608 kcal

• 0,6g salt

Ingredients :

For the filling :

1. 575g bramley apple (3 medium apples), peeled, cored and sliced to 1cm thick (see tip)
2. 2 tbsp golden caster sugar

For the crumble :

1. 175g plain flour
2. 110g golden caster sugar
3. 110g cold butter

For the topping (optional) :

1. 1 tbsp rolled oats
2. 1 tbsp demerara sugar
3. Double cream , clotted cream or custard, to serve

Steps :

1. Preheaten the oven set to 190°C.Combine the mixture bramley apples with the golden sugar,mix it.Transfer to round baking with 5cm deep and 23cm large.
2. Prepare a large bowl,add the plain flour,the golden sugar and pinch of salt.Mix it.
3. Slice the cold butter and squeeze with the number two,then shake it.
4. Sprinkle the number three to the number one,flatten use a fork to get crispy texture.
5. Sprinkle the rolled oats and the demerara sugar on the top dish (its optional)
6. Transfer to baking tray and put to the oven for 35-40 minutes until golden colour on the top.Let it cool for 10 minutes,and you can enjoy it.
