Apple Cake Homemade Recipe

• 1/2 cup butter, softened
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 1/2 shredded apples (2 medium apples)
• 1/2 cup walnuts
• 1 quart vanilla or cinnamon ice cream

Steps :

1. Preheat the oven set to 177°C and prepare 9 inch cake pan sprinkle with flour.
2. Prepare a large bowl,add sugar and butter mix them with mixer set to medium speed until smooth texture.Add the eggs,flour,baking soda,vanilla,cinnamon and salt mix until combined.Then add peeled apples and chopped walnuts,mix again until very smooth.
3. Then transfer it to the cake pan,bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown and smell good.Let it cool for 10minutes,add quart vanilla or cinnamon ice cream on the top.And enjoy it.
